About Kathleen
My Story
After graduating as a painting/printmaking major from MIAD in 1990s I worked as a professional painter and interior designer. After many years of hard work, I started my own company called Kennedy Painting and Design. For 15 years I worked in some of the most exclusive homes and businesses in the North Shore and Lake Country doing custom murals and decorative finishes. I have a keen eye for design and a broad knowledge of architecture. I worked for many years with my mentor and friend the late Madame Kuony who taught me to always strive for excellence no matter how much work it takes. In 1999 I bought my first duplex in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee. Since then, I've acquired many more rental properties around the city and have fazed into being a full-time realtor. I know this city well, it's rich history, neighborhoods, and real estate value better than I know anything else. I love the joy of walking first-time homebuyers through the complex process of buying a home as well as working with seasoned or first-time investors to find a gem in the rough.
